A new upscale daily-fee course recently debuted in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Aliante Golf Club officially opened its doors to public play on December 5, 2003. The 18-hole, par-72, golf course is located north of I-215 on Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas.
Designed by Gary Panks Associates, of Scottsdale, Ariz., Aliante presents quite a challenge from the back tees, where it stretches more than 7,000 yards. The presence of a meandering arroyo that enters play on 14 holes causes golfers to feel slightly elevated, providing interesting contours and unique playing lies and angles.
