Sun Mountain, or Tav-Ai Kaiv, opened in 1996 to rave reviews by golfers of all abilities. The Sun Mountain course has the personality of a playful child and will often find its players having one of their most fun golf experiences. With serene surroundings and more classic Dye architecture like railroad ties and pot bunkers, Sun Mountain invites the hope of a good round, but demands consistency and concentration as natural desert terrain and water hazards await the stray shot. The quick bentgrass greens are extremely puttable and a good stroke will always hold its line, but a flinch will result in a probable three putt.

The Concord Course, a 7,034 yard par-72 layout offers Bermuda fairways, with rye overseeding for winter play and large greens.
